My name is Corina Pelloni,
and I am essentially an artist and designer in realms both graphic and material.

Prior to Magnolia Cakes & Confections,  I was completely innocent of the custom cake business. Fortunately, much of my general art experience translates well into cake decorating. I also love to cook and approach  the tasks of baking and adapting recipes with familiar zeal.

I joined Charlotte Glover at Magnolia Cakes & Confections in the Springtime of 2014. I am typing this page in the Autumn of the same year. By measure of my experience I still qualify as a cake-newbie. But I have learned much from my friend and teacher Charlotte who has amassed much knowledge through classes, tutorials, and hands-on application.

Every project that comes our way, be it sugar cookies for a fund raising event or a traditional three-tiered wedding cake, gets special, focused attention. Our goals: for us to be proud of our artistry and for our customers to be happy and fulfilled.

As a foodie-artist type, I could not imagine a happier employ. I look forward to meeting all of you and seeing you smile in delight when you see your beautiful (and delish) cakes, cupcakes, cookies, etc.!
