Our carrot cake is insanely good. How do we know? Because people tell us. Although sometimes it’s hard to understand what they are saying because their mouths are full of cake.

What’s the hook? Currants, walnuts, coconut, and a ton of carrot embedded in moist, sweet cake that’s not too dense. Traditionally, we dress our carrot cakes with a decadent cream cheese icing, but they look just as good naked.

We make this excellent product available to you in every which way: cupcakes, mini-cupcakes, loafs in several sizes, and as a traditional cake. This is a dairy-free recipe that can also be adjusted to have a lower glycemic index.
